Welcome to my blog! I am the 36 year old, single mom of 2 daughters (6 and 16). I am on a journey of redefining my life after loss of loved ones, loss of health, and loss of my self-identity. My hope is that this blog will help another woman out there remember to love yourself in the midst of it all.

So. You are probably wondering how this whole blog journey began. Well, I am a licensed clinical social worker, mother, daughter, sister, civic club member, and, all around, TIRED! If you are anything like me, you give until your cup is empty, you have lost yourself a time or two in the role that you play in everyone else's world, and you have forgotten to remember who you are as a woman. This blog is my personal mission to share with other women my journey to saving Angela.
